Shipping Policy

In-stock merchandise
Is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Express shipping before 2pm ET will be shipped the next business day.

Standard Lead Time
Factory stock and custom made products have a standard 4 week lead time.

Backorders
Some items are special order, custom made or products that requires factory assembly, configuration or programming (eg. Controllers, IHMs, PCBs). If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email with current lead time. 

Multiple shipments
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.

You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.

P.O. Boxes
Some items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address.

Shipping to multiple addresses
If you choose to ship to multiple addresses we will add $10 for each additional address. Orders including only gift cards are not charged the additional fee.

Carriers
Industrial Spare Parts uses 4 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:

- FedEx
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- DHL
Please note: We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

Items with Restrictions on Air Shipping
Restricted items include batteries, lubricants, chemicals, aerosols, pressurized spray cans and alcohol-based products. Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.
